Lost 2-Factor Device

What to do if you've lost your 2-Factor device, phone number, or account.

If you have lost your 2-Factor device, Phone number, or Account, and are unable to login, you must contact support. There is no easy way to undo this, we will attempt to verify your identity and, if we can, remove 2-Factor authentication.

Note: the process of verifying your identity may take 1 or more days. This process is purposefully slow to ensure the security of your account and prevent social engineering attacks.
